This petition is gathering data for the sole purpose of lobbying those people who will make the final decision on whether or not Scottish Power will be allowed to extract/divert more water from the river Doon system. These people will almost certainly include directors of Scottish Power and members of the Scottish parliament. We will of course tell you exactly who the final petition will be sent to.
